Todd Martin Youth Leadership (TMYL) is dedicated to empowering the youth of Lansing, especially those from under-resourced families and communities, through innovative tennis, education, and leadership programs. We recognize the immense potential in every child and strive to provide them with the tools they need to succeed as individuals and active, responsible citizens. By offering academic tutoring, physical activity through tennis, and a supportive community environment, TMYL creates a holistic approach to youth development that nurtures both mind and body.

In 2024, TMYL made a significant impact, serving over 2,330 young people who engaged in more than 15,000 hours of physical activity and 5,000 hours of academic tutoring. In 2025, TMYL will offer programs nearly 30 hours per week during the school year and over 40 hours per week in the summer months!
